If you have very similar job postings, you can “copy” the majority of information into a new posting. You will then just need to modify that new posting to fit your needs.
Note: Job Applicants will not be carried over - the new posting will start with zero applicants.
Navigate to the job that you wish to copy and click the magnifying glass next to the title, this will display the job details. Click "Copy Job" link (circled below):
Next you can modify the new job posting's title, job number, posting dates and determine if you want to copy files and links. Click Save Copy when complete. The system will direct you to the new job posting you just copied/created to allow for further edits.
