If you have very similar job postings, you can “copy” the majority of information into a new posting. You will then just need to modify that new posting to fit your needs.
Note: Job Applicants will not be carried over - the new posting will start with zero applicants.

Pre-Requisites
Copy Job Posting Instructions
- Navigate to Recruiting / Job Postings and select from:
- My Open Job Postings, Open Job Postings, Closed Job Postings, All Job Postings
- Locate the Job Posting you wish to copy (use filter/search if needed)
- Click the magnifying glass next to the title, and the posting will display in the lower 1/2 of your screen

In the Details section, click the "Copy Job" link:

The "Copy Job" pop-up window will display:
- Modify the following information for your new job posting:
- Job Title (required)
- Date Post Appears (required)
- Job Number
- Date Post Disappears
- Application Deadline Date
- Copy Links & Copy Files
- Click "Save Copy" when complete
- The system will redirect you immediately into the new Job Posting to allow for further editing
