The Job Links tab manages and contains the links that will appear on the Job Posting. Job Links listed in this tab will appear at the bottom of a Job Posting and can be marked as "Active" allowing applicants to view and click on them. Alternatively, you can insert a Job Link here without checking the "Active" box and the link will stay with the posting, without the applicant's being able to view it.

Access Job Links Tab
- Navigate to Recruiting / Job Postings
- Click the magnifying glass next to the Job Posting title
- All tabs for the Job Posting will display in the lower half of your screen

Click the "Job Links" Tab
Add New Job Link

To add a new job link to a job posting, click "New Job Link"
- The Job link Management pop up window will display
- Enter the URL link (copy and paste)
- Enter the "Friendly Name" of the link (this is what the applicant will click to access the link)
- Active Box - (default checked) to indicate that the link will appear on the applicant site
- Uncheck this box if you wish to keep a link tied to the posting, without applicants seeing it
- Click "Insert"
Edit / Delete Job Links
- To Edit a link, click on the pencil next to the link, and the "Job link Management" pop up will display for editing (edit the information and follow steps 2-6 above)
- To delete the link, click the red X
Job Posting Hyperlinks
Hyperlinks and other linked items like PDF's, can be inserted within the Job Posting description, qualification, and application procedure sections by utilizing the formatting toolbar in those sections.
