The Applicants, Trackers and Tracker Candidates tabs provide the following information to the job posting:
Applicants Tab
This tab shows a listing of anyone that has applied to the job posting. Clicking this tab will display the applicants and the green header row in the tab's grid lists the applicant's information that they entered when they created their application in RecruitFront. By selecting the boxes to the left of the Applicant's name, notifications can be sent to the Applicant's, as well as generating document groups from their submitted information (resume, cover letter, etc.) Clicking the magnifying glass next to an Applicant will redirect you into their Applicant file in "Manage All Job Applicants":
Trackers Tab
This Tab displays all of the Trackers that are associated to this job posting. Clicking the magnifying glass next to the Tracker name will redirect you into the Tracker. You can also add a new tracker to the job posting here. For more information on Trackers, please see: Trackers: Create a Tracker
Tracker Candidates Tab
This Tab lists the Applicants that have been added to the Tracker for the Job Posting and their related Tracker Candidate information. By selecting the boxes to the left of the Applicant's name, Tracker Candidate notifications can be sent to them, as well as generating document groups from their submitted information (resume, cover letter, etc.). Applicant and Tracker Candidate Mass Editing can also be performed through this tab for: District Applicant Status, District Applicant Indicator and Flagging Candidates, please see: Mass Editing - Trackers and Tracker Candidates for more information. Clicking the magnifying glass to the left of the Applicant Name column, will redirect you into their file under Manage Tracker Candidates.
