Steps to Create a Printable PDF of a Job Posting
- Navigate to Recruiting / Job Postings / Open Job Posting

Select the posting by clicking the box to the left of the Job Title (use filters to search if necessary), then click "Send Notification(s)" at the top of the page:
- Next, in the Send Notifications pop-up window:

Change the Notification Template to "Job Posting" and change the button from the defaulted selection "Email" to "PDF":
- Select the box for "Self" and click "PDF Preview"

When the PDF opens, select the printer icon in the upper right corner
Note: If you wish to save this to print later, click the save icon next to the printer

The print preview will then display for printing.
