When an employee is no longer with a district, or they refuse to sign a form, the form will need to be filed in the employee's personnel folder without their signature. To do so, the status must be changed to "Unsigned/Filed by HR", and the form will be treated as "Completed" by the system.

Instructions
- Navigate to Process Forms - Forms Pending Approval
- Next, select the form you want to mark unsigned and click "Change Status":
- Select Unsigned/Filed by HR from the drop-down and add a comment (optional) as to why the form is unsigned
- Click save:
View Forms
To see the forms and any others that have not been signed by the employee in the employee's folder:
- Navigate to Process Forms / All Forms
- From the "All Forms Management" grid, filter the status name by clicking the filter icon:
- When this window displays, select "Unsigned/Filed by HR"
- Click apply:
- The system will display the forms that have not been signed and filed unsigned in the employee's folder:
