Approvals for all forms submitted (Claim and Mail Merge Forms) can be done through the following, depending on the status of the forms:
Forms Pending My Approval
This option will show a list of all forms awaiting approval for the user. The user can select the employee and view the form, download the PDF version of the form, and/or approve the form.
Forms Pending Approval
This option will show a list of all forms awaiting approval for all users (only available for roles – Human Resources/Administrator). The user can select the employee and view the form, download the PDF version of the form, and/or if they are the approver, approve the form.
Forms Completed
This option will show a list of all forms that have been completed (only available for roles – Human Resources/Administrator). The user can select the employee and view the form or download the PDF version of the form.
Forms I Approved
This option will show a list of all forms that the user has approved. The user can select the employee and view the form or download the PDF version of the form.
All Forms
This option will show a list of all forms, regardless of status (only available for roles – Human Resources/Administrator). The user can select the employee and view the form or download the PDF version of the form.
