Human Resources can grant access to employee's who can initial Process Forms for other employees, on their behalf.
Applicable Roles
- HR Administrator
- HR Team
NOTE: Personal Profile Only users will be able to see the Tabbed Personnel Folder titles but not the contents.
Granting (Limited) Employee Access to another Employee
- Navigate to Active Employees
- Select the Magnifying Glass next to the Employee you wish to grant access to:
The employee's details will then display.
- Select the "Access Granted" tab
- Select "New Access Granted Entry" in order to select Employee’s you wish the user have access to:
- Select the employee(s) the user will be able to initiate forms for by selecting the checkbox next to their name(s):
Please Note: You can use the funnel icons (circled) to filter for specific employees by Work Location, Title, Bargaining Unit.
- Select the appropriate Access rights by checking the boxes you wish the user to have rights to
- Click "Save" once you have completed your list.
