The Tracker Interviewer Scheduler manages notification emails and the ability to schedule interviews with the candidates and reviewers within a tracker.

Notification Templates for the Tracker Interview Scheduler, Creating a New Tracker, Creating Tracker Candidate Status
There are three different options to use the tracker interview scheduler feature:
Option #1 - Create an interview slot for one candidate with a pre-determined date and time
Option #2 - Create multiple interview slots and invite multiple candidates to select an interview time slot. Time slots can be at different days and times
Option #3 - Create bulk interview time slots within a specified time and date range and invite multiple candidates
- To begin any one of these options, Navigate to Recruiting / Trackers / Open Trackers
- Select the tracker you wish to use (it must have candidates and reviewers) by clicking the magnifying glass.

The selected tracker will display in the bottom half of the screen, select the "Tracker Interviews" tab
Once in the Tracker Interviews tab, you can complete any of the 3 options described above to use the tracker interviewer scheduler.
