The following instructions will guide you through your responsibilities as a Tracker Reviewer.

Any SchoolFront login-based role that has been assigned to a Tracker as a Tracker Reviewer:
- Tracker Manager

Access Tracker
When the Tracker Manager has selected and notified the Tracker Reviewers, Tracker Reviewers assigned to the Tracker will receive an email notification (like the example below) alerting them that they have been assigned to participate as part of the Interview Committee and they have a Tracker to review:
- To access the Tracker, login to SchoolFront. If you have not received your login credentials for SchoolFront, contact your district's HR department so they can send them to you.

Upon logging in, you will see your Dashboard. In the section, "Items Requiring Your Attention" you will see the Tracker(s) you've been assigned to. Click the "Process" link button on the right:
- Note: You can also access a Tracker you've been assigned to, by navigating to: Recruiting / Trackers / My Open Trackers

Next, the list of Trackers you have open will display. Click the magnifying glass to open the Tracker and it will display on the lower half of your screen:
Please Note: The Details tab will appear slightly different depending on your Tracker Reviewer Role access.
Hidden Candidates
Once Tracker Candidates that have been associated to a Tracker, it may become necessary to "Hide" certain candidates from the Tracker. Hiding Tracker Candidates offers a way to narrow your Candidate pool to only Candidates you are considering for the next steps in the interview process.
- In the Tracker, click the "Tracker Candidates" tab

Any Tracker Candidates that have been hidden may be shown by navigating to the "Tracker Candidate Hidden" column by using the scrollbar:
- SchoolFront will automatically default to listing all Tracker Candidates that have not been Hidden as "Unchecked"
- To view Hidden Candidates, click the filter icon in the Tracker Candidate Hidden column

In the pop-up window, click "Checked"
- Click Apply
- This will unhide any Hidden Tracker Candidates
Access Candidate Information
The following steps will illustrate how to access Tracker Candidate information in the Tracker.
- In the Tracker, click the "Tracker Candidates" tab

The Tracker Candidates will display and by using the scrollbar at the bottom you can view multiple candidates at once:

To view individually, click the blue Candidate Dashboard icon next to the candidate you wish to view:

When the Dashboard opens in a popup window, the Candidate's information is viewable by using the tabs and scrollbar:
Please Note: Depending on your Tracker Reviewer role, the image above may differ slightly. Only Tracker Managers and your district's HR department can change the Tracker Candidate Status. District Applicant status is ONLY managed by HR.
View Candidate Applications
- To view Candidate Applications, in the Tracker Candidate tab, check the box(es) next to the Candidate(s) you wish to view, and click "PDF Candidate Applications":
Note: Be sure your browser is set to allow pop-ups for this action
- Your selected candidate(s) application(s) will open in a new browser window as a PDF:
View Additional Candidate Documents

To view additional candidate documents, such as Cover Letters, References, etc., select the Candidate(s) check box(es) in the Tracker Candidate tab and click "Generate Document Group":
- A pop-up window will open, confirm the number of records if you are selecting more than one candidate, if required.

Select the Document Group from the drop-down menu, and click "Save":
- The selected documents will generate one PDF for the document(s) and candidate(s) selected in a separate browser window, the same as Step 2 in View Candidate Applications. If documents were not uploaded by the applicant, they will not appear in the PDF. This can occur if the document group was not required as part of the job application.
Complete Interview Rating Sheet
*If applicable to your district, the Interview Rating Sheet will need to be completed for each Candidate you interview.
- Click on the Tracker Candidates tab in the Tracker

Click the box next to the name of the Candidate you are completing the interview sheet for and click "Process Forms":

In the pop-up window, select the Form Category "Interview Committee Forms," and then select the appropriate Interview Rating Sheet for the position the candidate is being interviewed for:

Complete the form fields based on the questions being asked,* enter your summation at the end and click "Generate Preview":
*Note: in some cases you may not be asking the interviewee all the questions on the form. In these cases, the hiring manager will inform you in advance which questions are to be asked

A preview of the completed form will display. If everything is correct, sign inside the red box by holding your left mouse button down and sliding the mouse to make your signature:
- Click "Sign and Submit" and the form will be stored with that Candidate in the Candidate's record.
