The interviewer scheduler manages notification emails and the ability to schedule interviews with the candidates and reviewers within a tracker. Pre-existing notification templates have already been created for your district as shown below, and you will need to review each template to select the proper personnel folder that the notification will be stored in, should the candidate be hired.

To select a Notification template, begin by navigating to Notifications then Templates in the left navigation menu:
From this grid, filter by "Interview" in the Category Name column:
Then, select the template by clicking on the magnifying glass to the left of the template name:
Click "edit" to make any necessary changes to suit your district's needs, then select the personnel folder and click save:
If you wish to make wording changes to the pre-existing templates, those are done through the Notification Builder link in the template:
