Access Settings
- Navigate to Feature Administration

In the Recruiting section select "Settings":
- To enable settings - check the box next to the setting and click "Save"
- To disable a setting, uncheck the box and click "Save"
Recruiting Settings - Definitions
Enabled: Box must be checked if the district has purchased Recruiting
NYS Civil Service Enabled: Box must be checked if the district would like to enable the Civil Service Lists from Recruiting Menu
Hide ADA Responses: Check to hide ADA Applicant responses from application grid
Unchecked View:
Hide Law Section: Check to hide the Law Violations section in an application from Personal Profile Tracker Reviewers
Unchecked View:
Hide Tenure Section: When checked, this hides the Tenure section in an application from Personal Profile Tracker Reviewers
Unchecked View:
Check Auto Add Job Applicants to Tracker by Default: Checked indicates that this box will be automatically set to checked when creating new trackers
Candidate Trackers Won't Soley Cause Daily Summary Email: When checked, the system will NOT send daily reminder emails about Trackers in "Items Requiring Your Attention"
Internal Postings Won't Soley Cause Daily Summary Email: When checked, if there are only Internal Job Postings available, the system will NOT send Daily Dashboard Summary emails
Initiate Task Profiles automatically when hiring a Tracker Candidate: Check to ensure this is enabled for Hiring
Active Tracker Definition: Defines which tracker statuses are considered "Open" and available on "Open Trackers Grid" views
Withdrawn Application Status Definition / Candidate Status: This drop-down selection defines the withdrawn status of a candidate who opts to withdraw an application after they have applied to a Job Posting:
