If a Process Form is run in error, or a Process Form should be removed permanently from the system, you can do so by following the steps below.
Applicable Roles:
- HR Administrator
- HR Team
Requirements:
- Process Forms can be in any status, if you would like to change the status
- Process Forms must be in the status of "Cancelled" or "Draft" in order to be deleted
Change a Process Form Status
Navigate to Process Forms - All Forms:
Filter for the form you would like to change the status of and click "Apply":
Check the box next to the form and select "Change Status":
Select the status:
Enter a comment (if applicable) and click "Save:
Please Note: Forms must be in the status of "Cancelled" or "Draft" in order to be deleted
Delete Process Forms
Navigate to Process Forms - All Forms:
Filter for the form you would like to delete:
Ensure that the form is in the status of "Cancelled" or "Draft", if not change it to one of these statuses.
Press the "Delete" button above the grid:
