If a Process Form is run in error, or a Process Form should be removed permanently from the system, you can do so by following the steps below.

Requirements
- Process Forms can be in any status, if you would like to change the status
- Process Forms must be in the status of "Cancelled" or "Draft" in order to be deleted

Change a Process Form Status
- Navigate to Process Forms - All Forms:
- Filter for the form you would like to change the status of
- Click "Apply":
- Check the box next to the form and select "Change Status":
- Select the status:
- Enter a comment (if applicable) and click "Save:
Please Note: Forms must be in the status of "Cancelled" or "Draft" in order to be deleted
Delete Process Forms
- Navigate to Process Forms - All Forms:
- Filter for the form you would like to delete:
Ensure that the form is in the status of "Cancelled" or "Draft", if not change it to one of these statuses by following the steps above in "Change Status".
- Select the form by checking the box on the left
- Press the "Delete" button above the grid:
