Sometimes when you download an applicant's PDF application, the formatting may be off.
In order to remedy this, follow the steps below to reset your application cache.
- After logging into Schoolfront, Locate "Recruiting" within the left navigation bar,
- Hover over 'Recruiting" then press "Applicants"
- Select the box next to the Applicant who's PDF is not formatted correctly.
- Select "Reset Application Cache" at the top of the screen.
