As an HR user, your local civil service agency may send you candidates on the civil service list in a PDF document. You now have the ability to manually add those candidates into the Civil Service list instead of creating a spreadsheet.
Follow the directions below to learn how.
1. Go to "Recruiting"-> "Civil Service Lists".
2. Choose a list or Upload one.
3. Select the "Eligible Applicants" tab.
4. Select "+ New Eligible Candidate".
5. Fill in Candidate info & Save.
