1. Login to SchoolFront.
2. Go to Recruiting -> Applicants within the left navigation menu.
3. Check the box next to affected applicants name.
4. Select "Reset Application Cache" located at the top of the screen.
5. After Carefully reading the prompt and reviewing the number of applications to reset, select "Reset" to finish resetting the PDF Cache.
NOTE: Do not use this feature if it is not necessary.
