Forgot SchoolFront Password

If you are trying to access SchoolFront via the login screen (located at https://app.schoolfront.com/login.aspx) and you have forgotten your password:

If your district uses SSO, please check out the SSO section below.

NON-SSO: (app.schoolfront.com)

1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link. 
   
    
2. When prompted, enter your email address from work and then click the "Email Password" button. 
3. Go to the email inbox related to the email address you entered and follow the directions in the email. 

NOTE: If you do not receive an email to reset your password, please contact your HR office to verify that your username has not been changed to a district email address. If your HR department confirms that your username has not changed, please contact SchoolFront Support HERE.

SSO: (examplesso.schoolfront.com)

If your district does use SSO, please review the list below. If your district is listed you may click the following hyperlink to be brought to the SSO landing page for your district. Once you arrive, you will need to login with the same credentials that you use to login to your district email address.

If you are unfamiliar with your district email login information, please contact your HR department.
