Human Resources can create a list of candidates based on various criteria (specific job applied for, certification held, etc), using the search screen.
- Human Resources assigns people to view the list
- Human Resources determines the access level for each reviewer of the lists (view, add comment, manage)
Human Resources sends out email to reviewers that list is ready and available under “My Applicant Tracker”. Reviewers would then sign into the system and view only those candidates on the list(s) assigned to them.
- Depending on the access level given to reviewers of list, Human Resources may also assign status of applicants
- Human Resources may email the candidates on any list
