A "Change Absence Request Form" allows employees to request a change or to cancel all or portions of a past Absence. Like an Absence Request, the Change Absence Request Form is a Process Form and can be customized to support your internal attendance change request process.

Run the Form - From Available Forms
- Navigate to Process Forms -> Available Forms
- Look in the "Change Absence Request" section for the form you wish to run
- Run the form by selecting it.
- The system will then list all past approved Absence Requests. Select the one you want to change from the list. The below example shows 3 approved requests that you can request a change to.
