SchoolFront users with Administrator and Business Office roles have access to the Time and Attendance - Setup menu.
** Please note: Do not create new Pay Periods every school year, simply extend out the Pay Periods when the Payroll Calendar is available for the new School Year. **
- Navigate to Time & Attendance - Setup - Pay Periods
2. Select New Pay Period Group
- Enter Pay Period Grouping Name and Description (Example Weekly, Bi-Weekly, etc)
4. Select Insert or Insert and Add Another
- Select Pay Periods Tab
6. Select New Pay Period
7. Select Pay Period End Date
8. Select Pay Period Pay Date
9. Enter QTY of Additional Pay Periods to Insert
10. Enter Days Between Pay Period
11. Select Save
