Profile Tasks: Send Notification
SchoolFront users with Administrator and Human Resources Roles have access to the Task Management menu options.
Send Notification allows for users to send notifications to employees in order to facilitate a seamless internal communication process.
- Navigate to the Tasks Management/Task Profiles/Tasks
- Select New Task
- Select Send Notification from the drop-down menu below task type
NOTE: The notification must already be created in order to use it here.
- Enter an Task name and Task description
- Select the Notification Category
- Select the Notification Template
NOTE: The drop-down will populate with notification templates that you have previously created
- Enter information for corresponding notifications within the Form Fields.
- Select the Recipients
- Enter an e-mail subject
NOTE: You may use CC: Other to send to more email addresses when needed
10. Select Insert
