You can disable a specific task within a Profile, or a Task can be disabled across all Profiles within Task Management.
Applicable Roles:
- HR Administrator
- HR Team
How to Disable a Task in a Profile:
- Navigate to Task Profiles
- Filter to find the profile and task you would like to edit and select
- Select the tasks tab within the details
- Select the pencil icon next to the task you wish to disable
- Select the disabled checkbox
- Select Save
How to Disable a Task across all Profiles in Task Management:
- Navigate to Profile Tasks
- Filter for the task you wish to disable
- Select the magnifying glass
- Select edit within the details section
- Select the disabled checkbox
- Select save
NOTE: when disabling a task, it will now show up when adding a new task to a Task Profile with a check mark in the disabled column.
