Task Type: nVision New Hire Export

SchoolFront users with Administrator and Human Resources Roles have the ability to Export Applicant New Hires to nVision.

  1. Navigate to the Task Management/Task Profiles/Tasks

  1. Set up new Profile Task (Applicant New Hire - nVision)
  2. Select Queue for Financial Platform Feed as your Task Type
  3. Enter a Task Description
  4. Select Insert
  5. Add Task to appropriate Tasks Profile(s)
  6. Once you have a new hire and select the hire button, the Profile tasks will begin.
  7. Navigate to Active Employees and search for any users with NH in their staff ID, use the magnifying glass in order to populate the user’s information.
  8. Select Edit

  1. Enter Birthdate, Gender, and Social Security Number. Also verify that the State is entered in as NY. This will allow the users to be populated in the grid when the nVision Export New Hires action is selected.
  2. Select nVision Export New Hires within the action drop-down

  1. The list of users will then be downloaded to your computer.
  2. Please refer to nVision release notes on how to upload this information into their platform.
  3. Once the new nVision feed is fed into SchoolFront the staff ID will update.
