Profile Tasks: Manual Step
SchoolFront users with Administrator and Human Resources Roles have access to the Recruiting menu options.
Manual Step will send notifications to employees within the school district to complete actions in order to complete the process. Example of this would be to add additional employee information into SchoolFront, print fingerprint information from NYSED site, confirm certifications in TEACH, or upload a scanned document to a new hire digital file.
- Navigate to Task Management/Task Profile/Profile Tasks
- Select New Task
- Select Manual Step from the Task Type
- Enter a Task Name and Task Description
- Select Insert or Insert and Add Another
