A "Change Absence Request Form" allows employees to request a change or to cancel all or portions of a past Absence. Like an Absence Request, the Change Absence Request Form is a Process Form and can be customized to support your internal attendance change request process.

Run the Form - From the Timecard
Applicable Roles
Personal Profile Only - A user with this Role can submit a Change Absence Request for themselves or any Staff Position where they are listed as an Approver.
Administrators - A user with this Role can submit a Change Absence Request for any Staff Position
HR Admin - A user with this Role can submit a Change Absence Request for any Staff Position
Business Office - A user with this Role can submit a Change Absence Request for any Staff Position
Run the Form - From the Timecard
- Run the form by selecting the orange pencil.
- Select either:

- Cancel the request, OR

- Change the request

- [Generate Preview] to sign and submit it.
