Access, View and Submit Your Timecard
Please note: The following content is for users of SchoolFront whose Timecards appear as below in Step #3. If your Timecard appears differently, your district has upgraded to Time & Attendance 2.0 and you will follow instructions here.

NOTE: Make sure you are in your Personal Profile Role if you have other SchoolFront roles
- On left-hand menu, navigate to Time & Attendance > Timecards

Your Timecard for the most current Pay Period will display:
Note: Depending on your access in SchoolFront, you may see additional employees. Select yourself by checking the box next to your name and then click "Timecards" to bring you into your Timecard:

Review the Pay Period to ensure that this is the correct Pay Period that you want to view (if not, select the Pay Period from the dropdown and select the correct Pay Period). Once you review your Timecard and it is correct and accurate, click "Approve". If there are errors, see Steps for an Incorrect Timecard below:
- Your name will appear in the Approvals column, and your Timecard has now been submitted for the Pay Period
Steps for an Incorrect Timecard
Missing Absences
- Upon reviewing your Timecard, if there are missing absences, DO NOT APPROVE the Timecard. Follow the instructions in: Submitting an Absence Request
- If there has been an incorrect entry for an absence (for example, there was sick day entered when it was supposed to be a vacation day) for a date that is in the past, and the Timecard hasn't been approved by your supervisor yet - Follow the instructions in: Submit a Change Absence Request Form from Available Forms
- Once the absence/absence change requests have been completed:

Go back to Time Card by navigating to Time & Attendance / Timecards to view your updated Absences
Note: They will appear highlighted in red until they are approved
- You may now click on the Approve button to approve your Timecard and submit for the pay period
Hours Worked are Incorrect
If your Timecard shows incorrect hours for the pay period, click on the row that has the incorrect entry (it will highlight yellow).
- Enter your comments about the error

Click Save/Recalculate
- Once the Timecard refreshes with your entered information, click "Approve" and your payroll department will then make the appropriate updates to your Timecard
- Your Timecard has been submitted for the pay period
