Configure Notice of Wage/Salary Settings
The process of sending employees a digital notice of wage/salary finishes with a digital PDF copy of the signed, employee-approved notice being stored in the employee's digital personnel folder. Before this can be done, you must tell the system into which personnel folder the notice of wage/salary should be put.

Prerequisite Steps
Before you can tell the system which folder is the correct folder of notice of wage/salary storage, you must first create personnel folders for employees.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to Feature Administration in the left hand vertical navigation menu.
2. In the Human Resources section, click the Settings link.
3. Select the folder in which the final, approved notices of wage/salary should be stored from the Salary Notice Personnel Folder drop-down menu.
4. Click the Save button.
