All notes on a candidate for a tracker are within their own sub-menu. This is accessible by an Admin, any HR role and any Recruiting role.
Please follow the instructions below to add, remove, and manage Candidate Notes.
Add Candidate Notes:
1. Login to SchoolFront, you must be a Tracker Reviewer.
2. Go to "Recruiting" -> "Tracker" -> "My Open Trackers"
3. Select a tracker from the grid.
4. Go to the "Tracker Candidates" tab.
5. Click the blue person icon next to the candidate that you would like to add a note to.
6. A WYSIWYG editor labeled "Add A Reviewer Note" will be available on the right side of the pop-out module.
7. Type whatever note you would like into this text box editor.
8. Press "Save Note" under the editor.
9. Go to the "Tracker Candidate Notes" tab within the pop-out module.
10. Confirm that the note you have created is correct and saved.
How To View/Edit/Manage Candidate Notes:
1. Navigate to "Recruiting"->"Tracker Candidate Notes" -> "All Tracker Candidate Notes".
2. Select the Note that you would like to manage.
3. Here, You can either Edit or Delete the Tracker Candidate Notes.
Notes Column View 1: See how many notes are associated with a candidate.
1. Go to "Recruiting" -> "Applicants".
2. See "District Applicant Notes Count" Column.
Notes Column View 2: See how many notes are associated with a candidate.
1. Go to "Recruiting" -> "Tracker Candidate" -> "Open Tracker Candidates".
2. See "Tracker Reviewer Notes Count" Column.
Notes Column View 3: See how many notes are associated with a candidate.
1. Go to "Recruiting" -> "Tracker" -> "Open Trackers".
2. Select a Tracker to view.
3. Choose "Tracker Candidates" tab.
4. View "Tracker Reviewer Notes Count".
