Eligible Groups allows access to a specific group of employees. This allows you to grant access rights on a form-by-form basis.

Pre-requisites
Process Form Configuration & Management and Using Process Forms sections.
Assigning Eligible Groups
- Navigate to Process Forms / Form Management
- Select the Form you wish to add authorized user access to by clicking the magnifying glass
- Select "Eligible Groups" tab when the form is displayed in the lower half of your screen.
- To edit the eligible group, click the pencil icon.
- To add a new eligible group, click "New Eligible Group":
- The Process Form Eligible Group Management pop-up window will display; fill out the fields and click save:
Forms can be defined to only be available for specific employee groups through the Available Forms menu (Employee access screen). The criteria used for this are the following employee fields.
- Org
- Object
- Project
- Building
- Job Title
- SchoolFront Role
- Department
- Attendance Group
- Bargaining Unit
- Employee Group
- Additionally, Billable Budget Code can be defined for Claim Form processing
Hint: If you want hide the form, use "None" in Org field
