Placement of image markers including District/ BOCES logo and signatures
SchoolFront users with Administrator and Human Resources roles have access to the Process Forms menu options.
- Navigate to Form Management within the Process Forms menu options
- Select the Process Form you wish to add a signature to using the magnifying glass.
- Select the Template Builder option within the Details tab of the Process Form
- Insert a table where you wish the table to go using the table image
- Specify a width of 200px and height of 75px for signatures
- Specify a width of 300px and height of 120px for logos * may need additional changes based upon original image
- Change table properties to set border to 0
- Right click on the table cell and select cell properties
- Specify a width of 200px and height of 75px for signatures

- Left and top justify
- Place the cursor in the table cell and select notification marker and select the desired image (ie: HR Signature)
- Once you have added your desired signatures to the Process Form, select Save.
- The signature will then appear on the Process Form once it has been submitted.
Troubleshooting image properties
- Image too far to the right
- Reduce the width in the table and cell properties
- The original image may have too much white space to the left and need to be re-cropped and uploaded.
- Image has too much space above and below
- Remove possible new lines before or after the table
- Reduce the height of the image
- There may be white space on the top and/or bottom or original signature and needs to be re-cropped and uploaded.
- Remove the border on the table
- Right click the table
- Change table border size to 0
