How to send Embed Images within Emails

SchoolFront users who have Administrator and HR roles have the ability to embed images within emails.

Embed images in emails

1. Create multi-doc notification category

2. Create the notification template
3. Insert the notification marker of multi doc import parsed document

4. Create a multi-doc process form with no approvers
5. Set the email rules for the employee to (multi doc notification category and the multi-doc upload you wish to select template)

6. Navigate to a New multi-doc upload
7. Choose process form with multi doc import parsed document notification marker

    8.    Once you select parse, SchoolFront will create the files and send emails to recipients
