SchoolFont's Human Resources Module Settings
- Enabled - Check to enable, uncheck to disable the HR module in SchoolFront
- Hide Anniversary Date and Years Of Service from Employee - User logged in with only Personnel Profile Only access, will not be able to view "Anniversary Date" and "Years of Service" columns on the Time & Attendance > Employee Balances grid
- Salary Adjustments Enabled - Check to enable, uncheck to disable the Salary Management module in SchoolFront
- HR Team DL - HR Team's email Distribution list. Automatic system messages are sent to this address for Salary and Benefit notices.
- Salary Notice Personnel Folder - Salary notices are CC'd to this folder
- Benefits Enabled - Check to enable, uncheck to disable the Benefits Management module in SchoolFront
- Medical Personnel Folder - Benefits notices are CC'd to this folder
- Medical Dependent Age - For reporting purposes
- Appointment Management Enabled - Check to enable, uncheck to disable the Appointment Management module in SchoolFront
- Automatic Monthly Seniority Accruals - The system will accrue Seniority on the first of the month when checked, else seniority is accrued on the employee's anniversary date.
- Position Leave of Absence Duration Default Calculation Method - By default the system will use Schedule and Calendar when determining the amount of days to adjust Seniority and Probation End Dates when Leave of Absences are taking by the employee. Other options are use 5 or 7 day work weeks for the adjustment. The default setting is the most accurate.
