SchoolFront allows users to embed Forms within emails as an image. In order for users to see this image without having to manually download the image, please follow the steps in regards to your mail service.
Windows with Outlook
- Navigate to file
- Select options, then Trust Center
- Under the Microsoft Outlook Trust Center, select Trust Center Settings
- Uncheck the “Don’t download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items” box.
Mac with Outlook
- Navigate to Preferences from the menu bar and find the Reading entry
- On reading page, change the security settings for “Automatically download pictures from the internet” to “in all messages”
Windows with lotus Notes
- Select file
- Select Preferences
- Select the plus sign besides Mail
- Select Internet
- Uncheck the box next to, “To ensure privacy, do not show remote images without my permissions.” This will allow images to be automatically displayed

- Navigate to the “gear” (settings) icon
- Select View all Outlook Settings
- Select General
- Select Privacy and data
- Under External Images, select, “Always use the outlook service to load images”
Gmail.com
- Navigate to settings, see all settings
- Select images
- Select, “always display external images”
- Select Save Changes
