The following User Roles are required for all staff who will be involved in setup of Attendance tables and/or maintaining Daily Attendance for certain employee groups.
Attendance Coordinator
In SchoolFront EMS, the Attendance Coordinator users are able to access Daily Attendance, Attendance and Employee Balances. Additional setup needs to be done in regard to granting these users access to staff members that they will be taking attendance for. All other access to SchoolFront EMS is limited to Personal Profile setting.
Attendance Supervisor
In SchoolFront EMS, the Attendance Supervisor users are able to access Daily Attendance, Attendance and Employee Balances. Additionally, the Attendance Supervisor will assume access to all staff that their corresponding Attendance Coordinator can access (needs to be the Attendance Coordinator's Supervisor/Manager), and can Lock / Unlock Daily Attendance. All other access to SchoolFront EMS is limited to Personal Profile setting.
Attendance Administrator
In SchoolFront EMS, the Attendance Administrator users are able to access all Staff Attendance menu options, including all Staff Attendance table setup. All other access to SchoolFront EMS is limited to Personal Profile setting.
