SchoolFront Users with HR Admin and Administrator roles have access to the Human Resources- Positions tab options.
- Navigate to Time and Attendance - Setup - Positions
- Select New Position
- Enter in Title, Code, Description, and check boxes for Substitute Position or Is Sub Required(*Used for Sub Calling)
- Enter Pay Variables: Pay Period Group, Pay Modifier Group, Pay Type, Export Regular Hours (Pay Type - Hourly), Number of Working Days Per Year
- Select Employee Time Card Options as required
- Enter Default Budget Codes for the following. These can be overridden at the employee level.
- Enter Time Card Approval Options. These can be overridden at the employee level.
- Time Clock Options and Time Card Reporting Metrics
- Click Insert or Insert and Add Another
Note: Positions can be mass edited using the "Mass Edit" Button.
