Add NEW employees to Attendance:
- Active Employees – filter on employee and go to Select Action: Add to Time and Attendance
- Time and Attendance Variables: (the fields below are for Attendance use only - please see Timekeeping instructions for the usage of the other fields)
- Select Position
- Check 'Primary Position' checkbox
- Check 'Use Time & Attendance' checkbox
- Enter Start date of position
- Select Attendance Group
- Select Work Schedule
- Select Work Calendar
- Enter Attendance Anniversary Date
- Select if employee is in Leave Bank
- Supervisor and Employee Access:
- Update supervisor and attendance supervisor (used for approval of Absence Request forms)
- Update Grant Staff Access (used for Attendance Coordinator role access to staff)
- Check boxes: View Attendance, View Attendance Balances, View Employee
- Click Create
- Accruals (Time & Attendance – Attendance – Accruals)
- Select New Leave Accrual
Once all accruals are entered, the employee can now login into SchoolFront to review their balances and submit absence requests.
