How do I check the status of my Absence Request Form?

1. Navigate to Process Forms- Forms I Approved

2. Select the Absence Request Form using the Magnifying glass

3. Within the Details tab, you will see Process Form Status Name

NOTE: To view the form at any time, select View Form or PDF
