How to Check Absence Balance
- Navigate to the Employee Balance Grid
- Utilize the Calculation Date to check balances for any date throughout the school year.
- Absence Codes will appear when time is granted and/or requests made
Employee Balances- Column Definitions
- Current Balance: Posted Granted Time – Posted Absences
- Pending Requests: Future Accruals – Future Absence Request
- Pending Balance: Current Balance – Pending Requests
- Posted Time Granted: Annual (or Monthly) Accruals + Carry Over Balances from Prior Year
- Pending Time Granted: Future Accruals and Carry Overs
- Posted Time Taken: Posted Absences
- Pending Time Taken: Future Absence Requests
