The Template Builder is a Rich Text editor which has the following standard word processing tools to use within your mail merge or notification forms. It is called "Notification Builder" when dealing with notifications, and "Template Builder" when dealing with mail merge forms. It is used the same way for both of these processes.

Word formatting – Bold, Italics, Underline, etc.

Once you have created Notification Templates, you will be able to use the Notification Builder (aka Template Builder) within the form, as shown below:
If you are creating a mail-merge form, or a form that only needs to be signed/stored in the employee's folder, you will be able to use the Template Builder within the form.
Prerequisite: create custom notification templates for mail merges, once you have created a mail merge form.

Here is an example of some features that can be used in this builder. If you are familiar with HTML, the Source button in the top left corner of the builder will allow you generous permissions on what you can include in your templates.
Inserting Images into builder can be accomplished either by using the Notification Marker, "School Logo" or "District Logo" and insert into a table on the builder as shown above, or by copying and pasting a link to the image.
You can alter your image through each of the following tabs on Image Properties:
If your school logo or any other information populated in the notification markers is blank or incorrect, please contact your Administrator. These settings are only accessible through our Feature Administration Section.
