Task that automatically enrolls new hires into their proper evaluation group and allows them to do a self evaluation.
Task Type Group:
There are three options of groups of people the tasks can be used for; Applicants, Employees, or Both.
The useful group for this task is: Both
Field Names and Descriptions:
Task Name: Name the task something memorable & appropriate.
Disabled: If disabled, the task will be skipped when part of a current task profile.
Task Description: Describe your intended use of the task.
Assessment Group: The displayed evaluation groups are limited to those with employee self evaluate selected.
You may want a new hire to complete a self evaluation to see what their self proclaimed proficiency is in any subject.
You may want an existing employee to complete a self evaluation if they have recently switched positions or have been given new responsibilities.
The only setup required for this task is to have Evaluation groups setup within your district.
