Employee Evaluation Assignment
Task that automatically assigns new hires within the onboarding profile, their evaluation group and any necessary secondary evaluators.
Task Type Group:
There are three options of groups of people the tasks can be used for; Applicants, Employees, or Both.
The useful group for this task is: Applicants
Field Names and Descriptions:
Task Name: Name the task something memorable & appropriate.
Disabled: If disabled, the task will be skipped when part of a current task profile.
Task Description: Describe your intended use of the task.
Assessment Group: Evaluation Groups available within your district.
Secondary Evaluators: Anyone who will evaluate the personnel within the profile task, that is not usually part of the evaluation process.
Employee: Which employee will be the secondary evaluator.
Add Employee: Multiple secondary evaluators may be added.
Generally, you would have to assign evaluation groups individually. By using this task, anyone who falls into your task profile will automatically be assigned to their evaluation group.
The only setup required for this task is to have Evaluation groups setup within your district.
