Task that sends staff the required forms for benefit enrollment. Benefits Enrollment package must be purchased by your district in order to utilize this functionality of profile tasks within SchoolFront.
Task Type Group:
There are three options of groups of people the tasks can be used for; Applicants, Employees, or Both.
The useful group for this task is: Applicants
Field Names and Descriptions:
Task Name: Name the task something memorable & appropriate.
Task Description: Describe your intended use of the task.
Group Name: Name of group who will receive benefit enrollment forms.
Effective Date Option: Explicit or Relative
Effective Date(Explicit): Due on this date. Example-10/12/2022
Effective Date(Relative): Days until Effective Date. Example- 10 days until Effective
Deadline Date Option: Explicit or Relative
Deadline Date(Explicit): Deadline on this date. Example-10/12/2022
Deadline Date(Relative): Days until Deadline Date. Example- 10 days until Deadline
Generally, you would have to send benefits enrollment information manually and one-by-one. By using this task, anyone who falls into your task profile will automatically be sent their benefits enrollment forms
The Benefits Enrollment task requires that the employee must have a benefits profile ID assigned prior to this task being executed or it will fail.
