SchoolFront users with Administrator and Human Resources Roles have access to the Process Forms menu options.
In order to complete a New Multi-Document Import, a Process Form needs to be created.
- Navigate to the Form Category Management under the Process Forms tab
- Select New Form Category
- Select Multi-Doc Importing from the Drop-Down list within the “Form Type” Section
- Name your Form Category Ie: Multi-Doc Importing
- Insert a Description for the Form Category Ie: Multi-Doc Importing
- Select Insert when finished
Setup Process Form Multi-Doc Importing
- Navigate to the Form Management Page through Process Forms
- Select New Process Form from the top left-hand corner
- The Bottom half of the page will populate with necessary fields in order to create a New Process Form
- Enter a Form Name and Form Description
- Select your new Form Category from the drop-down under the Process Category

- Check box, Enabled.
- Select a Category Name and Category Description
- Select the Destination within the Personnel Folder from the Drop-Down
- Additional Checkboxes for Display Options- On Employee Tab will show uploaded files on Employee screen regardless if they have access to Personnel Folder
- Further down this page is additional fields needed to Multi Doc uploading/ parsing
- Enter a Parsing Start String
- Enter Parsing End String (If required, for example if an employee number is between parenthesis)
- Select Employee Identifier
- Employee Number
- Teach ID
- Social Security Number
- Select Insert
- If the Uploaded forms require employee signatures, go to the Approver Tab and add the Employee as first level Approver.
17. If you have a selection that needs to be made within the document you are uploading:
a. Navigate to Custom Field within the process Form and enter the selections you want to be made
b. Navigate back to the Template Builder and enter in the information
