To Add or Edit Tracker Reviewers on a Tracker, select the tracker by clicking on the magnifying glass, then click on the Tracker Reviewers Tab. From here you can either click the "New Tracker Reviewer" link (circled) to add a new Tracker Reviewer, or click the pencil icon (circled) to edit an existing Tracker Reviewer:
New Tracker Reviewer
Click on the checkbox next to the staff member you want to assign to Tracker Manager (could be yourself)
Click on Reviewer Role drop-down and select Tracker Manager to assign to Tracker Reviewer you are adding
Click the box for "Email On Apply to Associated Job Posting" if you would like the Tracker Reviewer to be emailed when an applicant applies to the Tracker Job Posting
Click Save
These steps are the same whether you are creating a Tracker Reviewer role as a Tracker Manager, Add Comments Role or View Only Roles:
The button labeled "Add Reviewers from Group" allows you to do the same as what is listed above, but instead of adding an individual as a reviewer, you are adding an entire employee group. This could be very useful depending on how your employee groups are setup and who is responsible for review applicants in your district.

There are four different roles available for Tracker Reviewers – View Only, Add Comments, Tracker Coordinator and Tracker Manager.
Below is the access available to each of these roles –
View Only:
Tracker Reviewer can –
- View the candidate’s information in the Tracker and PDF any of the documentation by checking the boxes next to the candidates that they want to review and clicking on the PDF Candidate Applications link or Generate Document Group link at the top of the page
- Does not have access to Candidate Dashboard via blue icon
- Cannot edit any status, ranking, documentation
Add Comments:
Tracker Reviewer can –
- View the candidate’s information in the Tracker and PDF any of the documentation by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the candidate’s name
- View the candidate’s information in the Tracker by clicking on the blue icon next to the candidate’s first name and opening the Candidate Tracker
- Update Candidate Reviewer Status and Candidate Reviewer Ranking, create and save Tracker Candidate Notes/Comments, Add Tracker Candidate Files
- Create PDFs of any Applicant Files
- Review information in all tabs on the Candidate Dashboard
- Edit the Candidate Reviewer Status and Candidate Reviewer Ranking for the candidate by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the candidate’s name and clicking on the Edit Status link
- Access and review or PDF Reviewer Notes, Candidate Files, Candidate Notifications, Reviewer Notifications by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the candidate’s name and clicking the corresponding tab
Tracker Coordinator:
Tracker Reviewer can –
- Do everything a Tracker Reviewer with Add Comments role can do, plus
- Update Candidate Status and Candidate Ranking
- Cannot access Hidden checkbox
- Cannot Add/Delete Candidates
- Cannot Add/Delete Reviewers
Tracker Manager:
Tracker Reviewer can –
- Do everything a Tracker Reviewer with Tracker Coordinator role can do, plus
- Access Hidden checkbox to hide Tracker from all other Tracker Reviewers
- Access District Dropdowns
- Add/Delete Candidates
- Add/Delete Reviewers
