Form Setup: Absence Change Request

SchoolFront users with Administrator and Human Resources Roles have access to the Process Forms Menu options.

Absence Change Request

1. To setup parameters to the Absence Change Request Form, Navigate to Form Management

2. Search for the Change Request Form

3. Select the Form to edit by clicking the Magnifying Glass

4. Select Edit
5. Update the number of days past an attendance date a user can make a change request
6. Select whether or not to prevent the user from removing the absence code
   • This will prevent the option from appearing on the form itself
   • User will only be able to change the code, not remove

6. Select which Available time away codes can be changed and which Available time away codes the employee can change to.

7. Select Save
